Blink is the smaller, more down to earth cousin of fitness giant Equinox and offers a fantastic gym experience at a fraction of the cost. Take advantage of the free one-day trial policy at the branch on nearby Nassau Street and pop in for strength training on the bench press or cardio on the stairmaster. If business brings you to NYC often, you might consider getting a membership—at $25 per month it’s one of the best bargains in the city.
